NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given by the SOUTHLAKE MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT, in the County of Lake and State of Illinois, that a Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for said SOUTHLAKE MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2024, is on file and conveniently available to public inspection at the Deerfield Village Hall, 850 Waukegan Raod, in the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, from and after April 4, 2024.

Notice is further hereby given that a public hearing on said Tenative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance will be held on the 13th day of May 2024, at 6:30p.m.

Notice is further hereby given that final action on said budget and Appropriation Ordinance will be taken by the Board of Trustees of the said SOUTHLAKE MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT at its meeting thereof o be held on the 13th day of May 2024, at 6:30p.m. at the Deerfield Village hall, 850 Waukegan Raod, in the Village of Deerfield, Illinois immediately following the public hearing.
